This presentation features a discussion on the importance of the Lymphatic system and its role in massage therapy. Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, therapeutic technique that stimulates the flow of lymph, a fluid essential for moving toxins and waste from the body.
By using rhythmic movements, this massage enhances circulation, supports immune function, and promotes detoxification. We will also discuss how this treatment will reduce swelling, aid post-surgical recovery, and benefit individuals with conditions that impaired lymph flow.
